Yo-Tana Automatic Filter Presses are equipped with a uniquely design Bomb Door type Drip Collection Tray beneath the Filter Press Elements. The purpose for Drip Collection tray is to collect the drip from the capillary action of the Filter Clothes during Filtration and Washing.
The 2 door bomb door type hydraulically operated drip trays along with it’s two nos. Hydraulic cylinders comprises of the main assembly. The drip tray in open condition acts as a hopper for cake discharge. It’s control by main hydraulic power pack.
The Heavy duty Hyd. Cylinders are fixed horizontally for stable and sequential movement operation of Drip trays. The drip trays open close in a designed sequence to avoid collision during opening and closing. Yo-tana provides 2 nos. Hyd. Cylinder for rogue and hassle free operation.
The sensing for simultaneous opening and closing of the drip tray which is in two parts is done by special arrangement of limit switches & control by a special logic from the panel having special operations & pauses for different operation like : filter cloth washing, peripheral filtrate drain and drip collection.
