Yo-tana Fully Automatic Filter Cloth washer system consists of hydro motor driven washer trolley constructed of structural steel, sliding on specially designed side bars having UHMW slide, fixed on both sides of filter press side bars. The vertical washer hyd. Cylinder is fixed on the center of the washer trolley for the vertical movement of washer nozzles head.
The washer nozzles are located on a S.S.304 fixed hex head coupled with the washer cylinder. High pressure water hose is connected to the hex bar, guided by the drag chain, which allows the cloth wash water from high pressure cloth wash pumps to the spray jet wash nozzles.
The cloth washer cylinder and washer trolley both are operated through the common hyd. Power pack and controlled by a set of proximity sensors to sense the filter plate shifting operation.
The high Pressure Filter Cloth Washer Mechanism operates with individual Plate Transport system in a sequential logic designed and programmed in the PLC.
The Wash Water is collected on the Bomb Door Drip collection Tray which is then diverted to the Sump through Filtrate Launder.
