All Plate Shifting Mechanism

In its range of different Automatic Filter Presses, Yo-Tana offers Automatic All Plate shifting type Filter Press.

These design of Filter Press comes with a mechanism to shift all the filter plates simultaneously at a time along with the opening of the filter press. The filter plates linked with the moving body by special links designed for equidistance opening of the filter plates during cake discharge. The Links are developed with different MOCs like Nylon (Non Corrosive) SS 316, SS 304, M.S.

Yo-tana All Plate Shifting type Automatic Filter Press are high efficiency and multiple batch/day type Filter Press with reduced cycle time and quick operations. With its unique design the system ensures very fast opening of the Filter Press along with simultaneous opening of all the plates. The mechanism is equipped with special links to open the Filter Chambers at an equidistance and ensures the cake discharge along with the opening of the Filter Press.

The High Pressure High Speed Hydraulic System is equipped with Extra-long Stroke length of its Hydraulic Cylinder and High Volume Pumps installed in the Hyd. Power Pack for high speed of the Extra Long Cylinders.

The System operates at a speed of @1 minute to open all the plates. Thus the cake discharge time is highly reduces as compared to the conventional type of Plate shifting mechanism. This reduces the cycle time and the lead time for the machine to start the new cycle.

These Yo-Tana APS model is highly adopted and appreciated in ETP plants, Oil Industry, Marble Industry, Mineral and Mining industry where huge and continuous operations are required 24×7.

The APS model is designed for a maximum of 30 chambers opening at a time irrespective of size range. For higher  chambers opening at a time Yo-tana Multi Group APS model is  recommended.

Automatic Plate Lifting / Vibrating Mechanism

Yo-tana Offers Automatic Plate Lifting/Vibrating mechanism in its APS model.

The Plate Lifting Mechanism is also called as Plate Vibrating or Plate Shaking mechanism.

These mechanism is introduced to help dislodge the cake from the chambers after All plates are shifted through APS mechanism.

The system is cam operated with an option of one sided or two sided cam mechanism. The rotating cams are connected with a common shaft to a hydro motor drive operated by common hydraulic Power Pack. Necessary speed and Pressure controls are provided for the cam movements. The cams are divided in multiple section for stage wise lifting of the P.P. Plates. Proper guides for the cams are provided for smooth rotations of the cam.

Proper safety is ensured due to Hydro motor for any accidental obstruction of the cams during operation.

The counts of rotation of the cams for vibrating/lifting of the plates are governed by sensors located on one end of the mechanism. The total system is controlled by common Panel.

Yo-tana P.P. Filter Plates are designed with Auto Handles (In Built Moulded Handles) to suit All Plate Lifting and Shifting Mechanism. The Handles are provided with replaceable metallic wear strips for wear and tear resistance.

For Extra Long Hydraulic Cylinder Strokes, Yo-tana Offers Special Guide Bars for Moving Body which are coupled with the Body to Guide and ensure the parallel movement of the Moving head during high Speed Forward and Reverse motion.
